Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and agreements to extract key terms, deadlines, and obligations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all contracts and supporting documents are properly filed and organized.
• Enter contract information into internal systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Generate reports, track deadlines, and monitor the status of contracts to support operational needs.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements to documentation and contract management processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for email correspondence and phone calls.
• Ability to manage schedules and appointments efficiently.
• Experience in customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Familiarity with contract review and documentation management processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
