Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth office functionality.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Manage and coordinate office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.

Maintain and organize office files and records.

Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Prior experience in the electrical or construction industry is advantageous.

Familiarity with standard office equipment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
