We're looking for a sharp, organized administrative assistant to support the Cost Reporting and Compliance division of a growing homecare agency. You'll help gather documents, coordinate across departments, and keep internal systems organized and on track. This role is perfect for someone with excellent attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with document collection for cost reports (payroll, invoices, etc.)

  • Organize files and follow up with department heads to meet deadlines

  • Track reporting requirements and coordinate submission timelines

  • Maintain internal logs and status updates on compliance progress

  • Support the Director of Cost Reporting with other admin duties as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • administrative experience (healthcare or regulated industry preferred)

  • Exceptionally organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

  • Can manage multiple deadlines and follow up without being micromanaged

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, cloud folders, and digital records

  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative remote environment
