We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Risk Management team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Department travel and expense assistance, including booking transportation, lodging, and registrations and entering all expenses
  • Scheduling meetings including booking the location of the meeting and organizing any necessary documentation and supporting items.
  • Assist coordination of vendors and speakers for Annual Member Conference and other including registration, presentations, giveaways, and invoicing.
  • Enter department specific information into database
  • Perform other office tasks in the Microsoft 365 environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as an administrative assistant in an office environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • customer service experience
  • must live in NYS
  • valid driver's license required
