We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Administrative Assistant opportunity with a Property and Asset Management Company.

Our client is a dynamic and growing property management firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents and communities. They pride themselves on a professional culture, collaborative team environment, and commitment to operational excellence across their multifamily property portfolio.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Lewisville, TX office. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative activities and serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. This is a temp to hire role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to property management and operations teams

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail; direct inquiries appropriately

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Support onboarding of new employees with documentation and supplies

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Assist with invoice processing and tracking expenses

  • Liaise with vendors, residents, and service providers as needed

  • Perform other general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (real estate or property management experience is a plus)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
