Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Lewisville, TX office. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative activities and serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. This is a temp to hire role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to property management and operations teams
Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail; direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support onboarding of new employees with documentation and supplies
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with invoice processing and tracking expenses
Liaise with vendors, residents, and service providers as needed
Perform other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience (real estate or property management experience is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
