We’re Hiring: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Location: McAllen, TX️ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This role plays a key part in supporting our administrative, accounting, and operational functions. Key Responsibilities* Greet visitors and answer incoming calls* Issue invoices and manage documentation* Use QuickBooks for administrative and accounting tasks* Support payroll processing and vendor payments* Organize and maintain office files* Perform general office duties as needed Requirements* 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role* Proficiency in QuickBooks is required* Bilingual: English/Spanish* Background in Accounting or Business Administration (degree or currently enrolled)* Experience in invoice management and administrative workflows* Strong communication and professional presentation skills* Comfortable with standard office software and tools We Offer* Fixed, stable schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)* Professional work environment with growth potential To apply, please send your résumé
