Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: South Houston
Pay: $31.25-$33.65/hour
Benefits: This position may be eligible for health, dental, vision, insurance, and 401(K).
Type: Contract-hire
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel-related commitments
- Monitor, review, and respond to emails on behalf of leadership, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate domestic and/or international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and managing logistics.
- Oversee insurance renewals and ensure all related documentation is accurate and up to date
- Set up new vendors and serve as the primary liaison between vendors and the company.
- Support general administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years in an administrative assistant or executive support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in email, calendar management, and office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
