In this role, you’ll have the chance to work directly with the Senior HR & Administration Manager who is known for their exceptional leadership. As a full-time, onsite team member, you’ll provide essential administrative support to both customers, employees, and leadership. This position places you at the heart of the company’s daily operations, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact for a forward-thinking company. A day in the life: Greet visitors and manage multi-line phone systems at the front desk, directing visitors to the appropriate individuals.Administer key cards for employees, contractors, and visitors as needed.Provide administrative support organizing files, records, preparing documents and presentations, distributing mail, and taking meeting minutes, all while ensuring confidentiality. Coordinate customer and supplier visits, company events, training sessions, and arrange catering, room setup, event communication, and travel logistics. Manage conference room bookings using Outlook and order office supplies to maintain smooth operations.Assist the HR Manager with marketing, branding, employee events, and other HR-related projects as needed.Support the coordination of Wellness Wednesdays within an established budget. Provide administrative support to individuals, teams or functionals areas as requested.Your areas of knowledge and expertise: High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of customer service experience, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal team members and external customersMicrosoft Office requiredExhibits strong attention to detail, willingness to be a team player, and a customer service orientated mindsetCompensation and Benefits: $23-26/HR.
