Administrative Assistant Duration: 6 month contractLocation: Miramar, FLSchedule: 5 days onsitePay: $18-20/hour (depending on experience) Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team of one of our large distribution clients! On a day-to-day basis, they will be monitoring emails, handling their calendars, setting up meetings, and answering some phone calls. They will create agendas, attend and take minutes at meetings, and maintain an organized filing system. Also, this candidate will book travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as well as plan and coordinate on-site and off-site events. They should be comfortable with the MS Office Suite and inputting expenses into Concur. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, self-motivated, and extremely organized. MUST HAVES:3+ years of experience as an administrative assistantAbility to manage schedules, run reports, organize meetings, submit expenses, and make travel arrangementsGreat typing skills and experience with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Excel, and PowerPointStrong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
