Shift : 9/80 schedule
Duration : 3 months contract on W2
Position Description
Supports President and VP-level executives.
Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of staffs schedules.
Arranges in-person and virtual meetings, maintains hard and soft-copy records which may involve proprietary information, maintains office supplies and coordinates/makes travel arrangements.
Provides general administrative support such as typing, collating, filing and data entry.
Skills Required
Effective verbal and written communication skills; customer focus and ability to handle highly confidential information.
Superior organizational skills and good analytical ability. Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Experience Required
5+ years related work experience.

Education Required
Requires an HS Diploma. AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business or Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience.
Requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft.
