  • Job Description: The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the office by performing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and handling correspondence
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the team
    • Prepare and maintain important documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
    • Assist in preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials
    • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
    • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
    • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, mailing, and filing
    • Support the HR department with tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance
    • Assist in organizing company events and employee initiatives
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient in various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
    • Highly professional and reliable
  • Desired Experience:
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
    • Experience in providing administrative support to multiple departments
    • Experience in event planning or organizing company initiatives
  • Maximum Experience: 3 years
