- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare and maintain important documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Assist in preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Support the HR department with tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance
- Assist in organizing company events and employee initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
