Resource's typical working day:
This role will be supporting up to three brokers. They will be responsible for:
Manage calendar and handle communication within his team Keep Broker organized Know when to escalate Help with travel and accommodation arrangements Assist with expense reimbursement Adhoc admin task.
Years of Experience needed: 1+ year of professional office experience is required ideally supporting more than one individual.
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
Certifications/Licenses: n/a
Top Must have Skills:
- 1+ year of professional office experience is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Mature demeanor
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills
Top Nice to have Skills: Knowledge of Real Estate or Property Management would be GREAT!
