Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records in company systems.
• Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Coordinate office supplies and monitor inventory to ensure availability.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting a positive office environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service practices.
• Proficient in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
