Administrative Assistant Experienced or trainee
$17.50 + an hour depending on experience-
Guaranteed 40-hour work week M - F
Medical, Dental and life insurance paid, plus vision, telehealth, and matching 401k is also available.
Success in the role is measured on the ability to:
· Communicate with various administrative staff throughout the day.
· Prioritize staff requests and tasks.
· Complete tasks as assigned in a quality manner.
· Have attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
Job Summary / Overview:
This position will do backup clerical support for Operations, Compliance and Human Resources
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Compliance filing and data entry.
· Printing and copying.
· Ordering office supplies, business supplies i.e., mail and other general duties,
· Preparing for events as needed.
· Doing office errands in a company vehicle.
· Assist ADOT and Fleet Management.
· Be able to maintain confidentiality for filing and other confidential information.
Knowledge or Experience:
· Be familiar with filing practices including both alphabetical and numerical.
· Knowledgeable and ability to use common office machinery.
· Be familiar with Microsoft Office with the ability to learn other computer software. - QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications:
· A High School Diploma or GED.
· A valid Arizona Driver’s License.
· Pass a drug test and a background
· Computer literate.
· Verified legal status to work in the United States.
