Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (some holidays/weekends as needed)

The Administrative Assistant supports front-office operations by providing professional administrative, clerical, and customer service support. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet residents, families, visitors, and vendors professionally
Answer and route phone calls using proper etiquette
Manage visitor sign-in and front desk coverage
Sort and distribute mail
Assist with resident billing, trust funds, deposits, and petty cash tracking
Maintain office supplies, business materials, and front desk resources
Complete data entry, typing, mailings, and general office tasks
Maintain accurate resident records, directories, and mailing lists
Assist with tours and provide basic community information
Support dietary billing, guest meal tracking, and invoice entry
Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of administrative or related experience preferred
Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and basic data entry
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and assist as needed
