Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant supports front-office operations by providing professional administrative, clerical, and customer service support. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors professionally

  • Answer and route phone calls using proper etiquette

  • Manage visitor sign-in and front desk coverage

  • Sort and distribute mail

  • Assist with resident billing, trust funds, deposits, and petty cash tracking

  • Maintain office supplies, business materials, and front desk resources

  • Complete data entry, typing, mailings, and general office tasks

  • Maintain accurate resident records, directories, and mailing lists

  • Assist with tours and provide basic community information

  • Support dietary billing, guest meal tracking, and invoice entry

  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1+ year of administrative or related experience preferred

  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and basic data entry

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and assist as needed
