Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in San Gabriel, CA. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling, maintaining records, and supporting the executive team. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, file management, and record maintenance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior staff and manage confidential tasks effectively
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office or similar software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or associate degree in office administration preferred
