Location: Honda of San Marcos
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am - 5pm

About Us:
Honda of San Marcos is a fast-paced and customer-focused automotive dealership known for exceptional service and a commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our administrative team. If you're detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run local errands as needed (must have valid driver’s license)

  • File and maintain deal jackets accurately and timely

  • Manage and update the license plate log

  • Post invoices for new vehicle inventory

  • Scan and organize warranty contracts

  • Assist with breaking down and processing car deals

  • Perform general office support and administrative tasks

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Professional, dependable, and a team player

  • Previous experience in a dealership or administrative role a plus
