  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth execution of all event operations
  • Collaborate with internal partners (Media, IT, Global Security, Aviation) and external vendors to deliver successful events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of event planning or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend events
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
