Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description Administrative Assistant position to provide primary administrative support to North America IT Leaders, including the North America CIO and possibly others. This position will be located in our Glen Mills, PA North American headquarters’ office, requiring confidentiality and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization. Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience directly supporting Directors, VP’s, and/or Executives Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers Strong written and verbal communication skills, using MS Office and Office 365 Flexible and adaptable to a demanding and fast‑paced work environment Able to work effectively with other administrative staff at that location as well as our regional locations Working knowledge of IT concepts and terminology Experience in working with SharePoint Experience in event planning and execution Responsibilities Keep Senior Leaders on task with critical meetings, events, action items, projects and priorities Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel and expense reports Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, materials, information, etc. for supported Leaders Coordinate with other leaders on a variety of tasks, projects and priorities Schedule and organize team building activities Responsible for standard administrative processes and needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
