We are hiring an Administrative Assistant V (Bilingual) for one of our clients in Mercerville, NJ.

Note:-We are requesting resumes from potential candidates who already have the following skillset:

  • Actual Call Center experience
  • Computer proficiency / ability to input data accurately
  • Active listener

It is preferred. Associates degree with 2-3 years experience can compensate the for the lack of bachelor's degree.

Job Description:

  • These positions will be responsible for determining eligibility for benefits programs, reviewing applications and informing the applicant what information is still needed, explaining program rules and regulations to applicants, and instructing applicants on how to complete the application. Answers phone calls and process incoming mail on a daily basis.
  • Assist applicants in completing applications, to explain the documentation requirements, to process the applications, and to determine program eligibility.
  • These positions will be utilized to manage the additional work related to the increase in limits making more people eligible and the advertising of the new limits which will increase awareness of the programs.
  • In addition, the Navigators will also the clients who's applying for the PAAD and Senior Gold Programs with their on line applications.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish.

Experience required:

  • MUST HAVE CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE
