JOB: Kinship Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: West Chester, Chester County, PA

BENEFITS:

  • Proficient with clerical duties
  • Our ideal candidate is friendly and engaging, organized, flexible and willing to learn

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Kinship Caseworkers and Kinship Program Coordinator
  • The safe and timely transport of clients in care to and from mandated appointments
  • Assist children, resource families and offices by delivering and retrieving necessary paperwork
  • Serve as a role model for clients in terms of the professional worker
  • Report as mandated by the Child Protective Services Law all cases of suspected child abuse and/or neglect within 24 hours
