Hansen’s Advisory Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Associate to join our mission-driven financial advisory team. This is a full time position and requires daily presence at our Fayetteville office location (remote work is not available).
Your Role:
As an Administrative Associate, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for both clients and staff. You’ll provide vital administrative support, help manage client communications, and maintain office organization with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities Include:
• Greeting clients and managing incoming calls and emails
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and filing
• Supporting compliance and recordkeeping procedures
• Coordinating with financial advisors on client service needs
• Assist with tax preparation needs
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Prior experience in a professional office environment (financial services preferred, but not required)
• FINRA Series 7 and/or 66 preferred but not required
