Responsibilities:
- Form Management: Identify and provide required HR forms for compliance customers who have purchased the HR Package.
- Staffing Needs Identification: Review state licensure requirements to confirm required disciplines (RN, LVN, CHHA, MSW, PT, OT, ST, etc.) are represented.
- Credential Coordination: Collect, verify, and organize staff credentials (licenses, CPR, TB/physicals, background checks, etc.) into survey-ready HR packages.
- System Proficiency: Utilize Adobe to prepare, edit, and compile HR files; use Zoho to track tasks, updates, and client records.
- Communication & Support: Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide clear instructions for completing HR compliance requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with compliance staff and clients to ensure all HR documentation is accurate, timely, and complete.
- Communication: Successful coordination requires effective communication. You will be the bridge between Site Inspector and customers, ensuring clear information exchange, timely updates and status reports will be key components of your communication strategy.
- Resource Management: Managing field resources involves optimizing routes, assigning inspections efficiently, and ensuring that the Inspectors have the necessary tools and information to carry out their tasks effectively.
- Customer Interaction: Your interactions with customers will play a significant role in their overall experience. Your ability to address their concerns, provide accurate information, and convey a professional demeanor will contribute to our reputation for excellent customer service.
Educational background
A degree in Business Administration is highly preferred but not mandatory. Commensurate experience will be considered.
Skills and required knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR documentation and credentialing requirements preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify missing or incomplete documentation.
- Professional phone presence and customer service skills.
Salary: $25-$28 Per Hr
