We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Sales Department, ensuring the smooth execution of operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Sales Department, managing daily operations efficiently.
• Process customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, including monitoring inboxes, creating shipping labels, and invoicing.
• Coordinate the fulfillment of sterile drapes and surgical accessory orders, ensuring timely support for multiple surgeries.
• Accurately input purchase orders, product details, and pricing into internal systems and vendor platforms.
• Generate and configure quotes for customized product builds, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
• Assist sales and accounting teams by preparing invoices and facilitating vendor setup processes.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to support seamless office operations.
• Assist with general office upkeep, including maintaining common areas and disposing of trash as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, accounting, service, and leadership, on administrative projects.
• Execute established processes independently, demonstrating a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative coordination or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks without letting items fall through the cracks.
• Strong communication skills for handling inbound calls, email correspondence, and customer inquiries.
• Experience with order fulfillment, invoicing, and data entry in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small corporate office setting.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative in a hands-on role.
• Familiarity with medical devices or related industries is a plus.
