Administrative Coordinator - Construction and Service Project Coordinator

Temp to Perm
Position is in office/40 hours per week/Monday to Friday

Well-established Construction and Restoration Company is currently seeking a customer service driven individual to join their team. In this role, the Coordinator serves to facilitate project work between customers, Insurance Companies, field technicians, and office staff. The ideal candidate will have applicable experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully execute the core requirements for this position:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) for phone calls and emails.
- Proficiency in scheduling software/tools for jobs scheduling and updating online platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle external communication with customers, insurance companies, and vendors.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate internal communication between departments.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for tracking jobs and updates.
