Qualifications and Experience:

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management.
- Proven ability in team leadership, physician collaboration, project execution, and process improvement.
- Proficient in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and healthcare software.

- Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Prior leadership experience in a cancer center or oncology services.
- Experience within a multi-clinic or group healthcare system, with hands-on knowledge of staffing, operations, and physician management.
