About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Administration Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our manufacturing site in Sidney, Ohio. This role will play a critical part in supporting both local and expatriate employees, ensuring efficient facility management, cost control, and high-quality administrative services.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

  • Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Manage office services, including supplies, vendors, and general support functions

Expatriate Support

  • Manage full-cycle administrative support for expatriates, including:
  • Airport pick-up and transportation arrangements
  • Housing search, lease coordination, and accommodation management
  • Daily life support and onboarding assistance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for expatriate administrative needs

Facility & Site Management

  • Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor management
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
  • Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.)

Cost Control & Payments

  • Review, verify, and approve administrative expenses (housing, transportation, office, facility, etc.)
  • Manage vendor invoices, payment processes, and budget tracking
  • Optimize administrative costs while maintaining service quality

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to support business needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative or facilities management experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Experience supporting expatriates or international teams is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, facility operations, and cost control
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
