Job Summary
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm, overtime as needed
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Sales Assistant to support the sales team with a variety of clerical and administrative functions. This role is responsible for assisting with order entry, invoicing, customer setup, and general sales support, as well as providing responsive customer service via phone and email.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for sales orders, credit memos, and invoices
- Assist with new item setups for customers
- Support customer setup and maintenance processes
- Respond to customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members
- Update customer portals to ensure orders are marked shipped and invoiced correctly
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
