JOB DUTIES:
As a Jobs for Montana Graduates (JMG) Administrative Specialist, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients needs, strengths, and goals.
- Develop individual employment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Coordinate and monitor services and resources to meet client needs.
- Provide counseling and support to clients.
- Collaborate with social services agencies, educational agencies, and community resources.
- Document client interactions, progress, and service delivery accurately and timely.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of services and adjust service delivery plan as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES:
If you are the right person for this opportunity, you will have the following knowledge, skills or abilities:
- Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients needs, goals and current circumstance to develop individualized plan.
- Resources Coordination: Identify and connect clients with appropriate resources, services, and community support systems to address their needs, such as housing, education and training or employment assistance.
- Case Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan that outlines specific goals, resources, and timelines for clients. Regularly review and update these plans as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting assessments, progress, goals, and outcomes in compliance with reporting requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Your preparation for this opportunity could include a combination of relevant experiences including:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
AND
- One year of experience in the agency services or related field.
OR
- Any combination of equivalent experience and education to successfully perform the essential functions of the position will be considered.
