DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute client/advisor service requests and follow up activities in a timely manner
  • Field incoming telephone calls and emails while working independently to research and resolve client questions
  • Processing new business, service requests, and opening of accounts
  • Schedule client review meetings
  • Maintain detailed documentation of notes in our client database
  • Be an established, consummate professional, both internally with our team and externally with clients and the public
  • Ensure confidentiality with respect to all information pertaining to clients and potential clients
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS, ABILITIES & PERSONAL TRAITS

  • High degree of honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic
  • Desire follow-through on tasks from start to finish and ensure accuracy
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to think on your feet

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
