Administrative Specialist Apply
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute client/advisor service requests and follow up activities in a timely manner
- Field incoming telephone calls and emails while working independently to research and resolve client questions
- Processing new business, service requests, and opening of accounts
- Schedule client review meetings
- Maintain detailed documentation of notes in our client database
- Be an established, consummate professional, both internally with our team and externally with clients and the public
- Ensure confidentiality with respect to all information pertaining to clients and potential clients
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in finance, economics, business or related field)
- 3+ years of administrative experience in an investment and/or insurance office setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
