Our growing Trusts and Estates firm is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide support to attorneys and clients. The role involves handling a broad range of responsibilities related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters—while maintaining meaningful client contact.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting attorneys with estate and trust administration tasks
- Preparing and organizing legal documents and correspondence
- Communicating with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with case management activities
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years’ experience in a professional office environment, preferably in legal, financial, or administrative services
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with estate or trust administration is valued but not required—training and professional development are available for the right candidate
