Administrative And Clerical SupportOur hire will perform administrative and clerical duties to support the Blair County district attorney and all assistant district attorneys. Essential functions include copying, faxing, and creating case files; handing office inquiries; gathering criminal complaints from area police departments; processing criminal information in appropriate computer system; updating and maintaining filing, records, and cases; monitoring attorney schedules and entering information on calendar; preparing correspondence and materials associated with court proceedings; preparing and distributing trial lists; and processing discovery requests and subpoenas. Additional clerical duties may be assigned as needed.
