Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Read, explain, and interpret a variety of materials by using business grammar, spelling, and punctuation to write, develop and edit reports, letters, procedures, presentations, and other documents.
- Use software, such as Microsoft Word, to type and format letters, memos, reports, and minutes of meetings, etc.
- Prepare, edit, and finalize emails, memos, reports, and/or other documents and types of written communication that are grammatically correct, in proper format, and free of spelling errors.
- Manage an office or work area by planning, organizing, administering, and directing the work of other employees.
- Customer service practices and principles sufficient to identify each customers' needs, meet quality standards for services, that result in customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information in a professional manner.
- Possess sound decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
- An Associates degree or higher in Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business or a similar field.
- Three (3) years' experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with increasing responsibilities.
- Effective critical thinking skills to assist senior leaders.
- Ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment.
- Advanced computer skills in word processing, database management and presentation applications.
- Previous payroll experience.
Physical Requirements
Very Light: Requires occasionally moving and transporting such articles as file folders and small tools. May need to maintain a stationary position for long periods of time while carrying out job duties.
