The DPACS Quality Improvement department is seeking a full-time Administrative Support professional to support our Quality Improvement team on our West Chester campus. Every day in this role you will...Provide administrative support daily for the assigned departmentCollaborate with multiple team members in a variety of departmentsManagement of digital files for all requested audits, investigations and inspectionsManage special projects and assigned by the Quality Improvement DirectorYou will be offered:Compenstaion: $17.75 - $20.23 an hour (dependent upon experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday, normal day time hours (8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm)Team environment where you can utilize your collaboration skills to work across multiple programs and disciplinesOpportunities for professional development, growth, and promotion. ASCEND- Career Accelerator ProgramBENEFIT ELIGIBILITY AFTER 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT (1st day of the 1st pay period after 30 days)Devereux Pennsylvania Childrens Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives. A primary focus throughout the program is the philosophy of Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS), a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors, and prevents negative behaviors, to create safe, supportive living environments. Each year, more than 1,000 children and adolescents receive specialized care, in the environment best suited to the unique challenges they face, all with the goal of providing each child with the academic, social, emotional and life skills needed to flourish in their home community #sponsoredQualifications:Education: High School Diploma required Experience: Previous experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Proficient computer skills, including a basic level understanding of Microsoft Office Applications. Experience with data collection preferred. Valid driver's license must be maintained. Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization. Devereux fosters a culture of reporting abuse, and will cooperate with the authorities to the fullest extent possible.
