OverviewBased on management requirements, this position is established to support warehouse, telecom resources, and asset management activities, with the objective of enhancing regional maintenance and operational management capabilities. The role is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials and equipment, ensuring all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational requirements, while supporting timely project execution and asset accountability.Functions and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, record, store, label, and organize incoming materials, tools, equipment, and telecom assets Oversee daily warehouse operations including storage, inventory control, audit, and dispatch of materials Prepare, issue, and document materials and equipment based on approved requests (e.g., SPM, withdrawal slips) Maintain accurate inventory, asset, and telecom resource records in systems and physical locations Conduct regular physical stock counts and asset audits; reconcile system records with actual stock and report variances Monitor stock and asset levels, reporting shortages, damages, excess inventory, or abnormal usage Manage telecom resource data, including verification, modification, updates, and consistency between systems and physical resources Coordinate with technical, operations, logistics, and procurement teams regarding material, resource, and asset status Manage asset lifecycle activities such as relocation, disposal, system verification, and traceability Ensure proper handling, safety, security, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance within warehouse and asset areas Prepare inventory, issuance, asset, and variance reports as required Support audits, compliance checks, and investigations related to warehouse materials, telecom resources, and assets In the later stage, based on work requirements, the role may also cover one of the specialties such as wireless, transmission, OSP, or data center maintenance.Employment Standards Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct Follow occupational health, safety, and security regulations Maintain accuracy, integrity, and accountability in all warehouse transactions Observe proper documentation and approval processes Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in daily operationsJob Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred) Knowledge of inventory systems, stock control, and documentation processes Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and under minimal supervisionCandidates with experience in wireless systems, transmission, OSP or data center maintenance are preferred
