Administrative Support ProfessionalDuration: 2-Month ContractLocation: Onsite - Allendale, NJHours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)Start Date: ASAPInterview Process: One 30-minute virtual interview followed by one in-person interviewJob OverviewWe are seeking a well-rounded administrative support professional to join a fast-paced, team-oriented technology environment. This role will primarily support the service and customer support side of the business, assisting with ticketing, customer communications, order tracking, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers-including handling escalated or upset customers professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the service and customer support team with daily administrative tasksManage and update support tickets using Salesforce (service side)Assist with customer communications, including drafting clear, professional, and well-thought-out emailsSupport ticketing workflows and service operations within SalesforceMaintain and populate lists and logs using Excel and Microsoft Office SuitePull service, order, and activity logs as neededTrack orders shipped and support related documentationAssist with general administrative duties in a dynamic, team-based environmentWork closely with internal teams to ensure service-level expectations are metSkills and RequirementsRequired QualificationsExperience with Salesforce, specifically on the service/support sideStrong administrative and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (list population, data entry; no pivot tables required)Customer service experience, including working with upset or escalated customersAbility to communicate clearly and professionally in writingComfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWorking knowledge of a technology-focused company preferred Preferred / Plus SkillsExperience with SAGE 50 accounting software (ERP)Familiarity with SLAsExperience with QuoteWerksBackground supporting service operations or technical support teamsIdeal Candidate TraitsHighly organized and detail-orientedWell-rounded and adaptableStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAble to multitask and prioritize effectivelyCollaborative team playerCompensation: $23-26/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
