Administrative Support SpecialistService Wire Company, a premier supplier of industrial and utility wire and cable, is currently seeking an administrative support specialist in Culloden, WV. If you are looking to join a great organization and a chance to become a part of our growing team, this may be the opportunity for you!Position summary:The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The selected individual facilitates sales by processing and tracking orders, managing customer data, researching production information, generating reports as requested, and distributing sales documents. The individual will assist with customer queries, complaints, special orders, or returns via email or telephone.Tasks/duties/responsibilities:Receives, processes, and monitors orders, expediting the order when necessary.Documents customer information, communications, and other pertinent information in customer relationship systems (CRM).Assists sales department with customer service and related issues.Coordinates sales visitors' appointments and arrivals.Researches production status as requested.Researches and documents customer care issues, works with customer care team and inside sales associate until resolution.Supports sales staff by working with marketing team in preparing correspondence, furnishing customer requests for samples and marketing materials.Researches sales order errors and irregularities.Prepares and distributes sales reports and related documents.Assists sales in quote entry and preparation.Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.Knowledge/skills/requirements:High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma), 2-year degree preferred.2+ years previous administrative or clerical experience.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Strong oral expression and comprehension - communicating with people inside and outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.Personal development and a willingness to learn new tasks and skills.Quote preparation.Customer relationship management (CRM).Microsoft office.Multitasking.Positive attitude.Reports to:Senior sales manager.
