Administrative Support Specialist Learning Management System Apply
We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will provide support to the client Manufacturing & Transportation Technical Development Training team, which includes reviewing data for quality, entering, updating, and correcting data in the Leaning Management System (LMS); and other tasks related to data management & quality tasks.
This 4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role; this is a hybrid role at Littleton, CO.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
- Provide support to the client Manufacturing & Transportation Technical Development Training team, which includes reviewing data for quality, entering, updating, and correcting data in the Leaning Management System (LMS); and other tasks related to data management & quality tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience using and understanding the standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with a Learning Management System (LMS) and how the LMS supports Learning & Development.
- Proficiency in processing data and implementing modifications to ensure data precision.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, tables, data functions, etc.)
- Experience working in a training organization, especially with training administration.
- Strong customer service experience and ability to deal with a wide variety of customer inquiries and requests, primarily associated with learning and training in a professional manner.
- Experience and ability to manage large volumes with a high degree of accuracy and timely completion.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/actions by prioritising, managing disruptions and completing tasks in a timely manner; ability to assess appropriate urgency with tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation: $20/hr - $22.39/hr
