To deliver a first-class administrative service to a small portfolio of clients in line with the defined business activities. To maintain and enhance client relationships within own portfolio. All tasks to be carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with Gen II procedures. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, and providing support to various departments within the organization. What you’ll be doing Administration of a portfolio of clients, in accordance with procedures Liaising with clients on day-to-day matters Assist more senior member of staff with their client portfolio Maintaining statutory books for own portfolio Ensuring all client requests are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes Preparing client appropriate regulatory documentation and relevant filings Coordinating payment instructions, with supporting documents for own clients Monitoring of receipt of funds Email day to day correspondence for own clients - ready for review by senior staff Board Pack preparation Managing own billing of clients Scheduling and attending meetings Drafting and circulating minutes Assume responsibility for all checklists relating to own clients Requesting CDD documentation Liaising with intermediaries in respect of own clients The ideal background for this role: A minimum of 3 years’ relevant industry experience, preferably administering corporate clients Studying towards a professional qualification such as COA, CGI International Finance and Administration Level 4, Certificate or Diploma in Fund Administration An understanding of the local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements in which we operate Well-developed communication skills - written and verbal English Working with conflicting and demanding deadlines Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Entitled to work in Guernsey Role Location/Hybrid Schedule This role is based in our Guernsey office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working.
