A Moose Administrator (Lodge Secretary) is the chief operating officer of a local Moose Lodge, responsible for daily operations, financial reporting, membership records, and regulatory compliance. Key duties include collecting funds, making weekly deposits, managing Social Quarters, and filing required reports to Moose International. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Handles all Lodge funds, makes regular bank deposits, and maintains accurate financial records using Moose International systems. Membership Management: Maintains member databases, processes applications, and sends reports to Moose International. Operations & Compliance: Ensures compliance with Moose International General Laws and local regulations, and oversees the Social Quarters. Administrative Support: Records meeting minutes, handles correspondence, and maintains all Lodge records. Michigan Moose Association. +4 Required Qualifications Must be a member of the Loyal Order of Moose. Strong organizational, financial, and computer skills.
