Position Overview The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting all aspects of the Service Department in our Milwaukee office. This position is primarily responsible for data entry, report review, invoicing, and administrative coordination to ensure inspections and service documentation are accurate, professional, and delivered efficiently to customers. Location New Berlin, WI Key Responsibilities Review inspection reports for proper formatting, grammar, accuracy, and overall presentation prior to distribution to customers/owners. Process inspection paperwork and submit documentation through applicable third‑party reporting systems. Prepare and send invoices for completed inspections. Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Provide general administrative support to the Service Department. Assist with special projects and cross‑functional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications & Key Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working across multiple computer programs at the same time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Working knowledge of general office equipment. Positive attitude and commitment to contributing to company culture. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to learn all aspects of the business to better support internal teams and customers.
