ADO Implementation Project Manager

Job Description Seeking an Azure DevOps (ADO) Implementation Lead who functions more like a technical Project Manager / tool implementation lead. This individual will focus on configuring, optimizing, and operationalizing ADO as a task management and delivery platform within a regulated environment. The focus is on tool implementation, configuration, and enablement, not building systems from scratch. Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert on ADO capabilities and best practices Guide stakeholders on: Feature selection Workflow design and optimization Field and process customization Configure and implement: Kanban boards and task tracking frameworks Backend customizations within existing system constraints Integrations across tools and platforms Support Jira-to-ADO migrations and help map workflows accordingly Provide light support on CI/CD pipelines (not primary ownership) Troubleshoot and continuously improve ADO configurations and usage We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
