Responsibilities; -
- Hands-on consultant will lead the implementation and integration of Adobe Firefly across the Adobe Content Supply Chain-connecting AEM Assets (DAM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/Real-Time CDP).
- The goal is to enable real-time, data-driven image generation so Firefly assets flow through the DAM with proper metadata and rights, and are activated in AJO using AEP audiences for personalized customer journeys.
- The role requires deep Adobe Experience Cloud expertise, proficiency with Adobe I/O, REST APIs, and XDM schemas, plus practical experience deploying Firefly in enterprise environments with governance, tagging, and automation best practices.
- The consultant will configure enterprise Firefly usage, establish attribution and IP controls, and build automated pipelines that connect content creation to activation.
- They will align data and taxonomy across platforms, define SLAs and success metrics, and train marketing, creative, and data teams on optimized workflows.
- Candidates should have 5 8 years implementing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including at least two years with generative AI or Firefly.
- Strong technical skills with AEM, AJO, AEP, JSON/XDM, and API integrations are essential, along with a solid understanding of data governance, IP management, and cross-functional communication in enterprise settings.
- Experience with AEM Sites, Workfront, C2PA/Content Credentials, JavaScript or Python scripting, and cloud integration (Azure/AWS) is a plus, especially in retail, finance, or media industries.
Required Skills : 5-8 years implementing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including at least 2 years with genAI and Adobe Firefly in production or pilot. Hands-on with AEM Assets (DAM), AJO, AEP/RTCDP, Adobe I/O, REST APIs, eventing/webhooks, and JSON/XDM. Proven experience automating content workflows (ingestion tagging approvals activation). Strong understanding of data governance, consent, and IP/rights management for AI-generated content. Ability to translate marketing use cases into journey logic data creative variants. Excellent stakeholder comms; can operate in matrixed enterprise environments.
