Title : ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Project ConsultantLocations : Dayton, OHDuration : 12+ months contract with possible extension Pay Range : $70 to $80/hr on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Project Consultant to support a series of payroll-related initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring the accurate and efficient implementation of configuration updates and structural changes within the payroll system. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in ADP WFN, particularly in payroll setup, configuration, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the configuration and implementation of a new salary non-exempt payroll type.Update overtime calculation rules to meet revised business requirements.Support the merger of two U.S. entities, including the seamless transition of approximately 600 employees into a unified paycode structure.Configure and implement paycodes for two new entities.Execute updates to the PTO configuration to align with company policies.Collaborate with internal payroll, People Experience (PX), and project management teams to gather requirements and support documentation and testing.Provide guidance on ADP WFN best practices and resolve system issues as needed.Required Qualifications:Proven experience as an ADP WFN Consultant, with a strong emphasis on payroll configuration.Demonstrated success in managing complex payroll projects, including paycode creation, entity mergers, and system integrations.Strong understanding of U.S. payroll laws and compliance requirements.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.Strong communication and documentation skills.Please connect with me at (609) 257-2872 or drop me your contact at .
