Advanced Data Scientist

Description:

ShadowObjects, LLC currently looking to staff for an Advanced Data Scientist to provide support to NAWCAD WOLF Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Leads the development and implementation of advanced techniques and analytics applications to transform raw data into actionable insights using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.

-Oversees the application of data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.

-Guides the visualization, interpretation, and reporting of data findings, ensuring clear communication of insights.

-May also oversee the creation of dynamic data reports to support strategic decision-making.

-Supports and guides junior staff and collaborates with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: An Advanced level person meets the identifiedCSWF Education qualification OR meets the identified CSWF Training qualification OR meets the identified CSWF Certification qualification AND has at least 7 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description OR meets the identified military equivalent OTJ Training requirement.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Currently holds or the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET is required. Candidate selected will be subject to government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
