The primary role of these positions is to design sophisticated learning experiences that challenge students to think critically, solve complex problems, and explore their unique talents. We are seeking to fill positions in our Primary, Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle Schools. Responsibilities Lead instructional services and enrichment opportunities for gifted and high-achieving learners. Design sophisticated learning experiences that challenge students to think critically and solve complex problems. Develop and implement curricula and assessments aligned with Arkansas Gifted & Talented Program Approval Standards. Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to support gifted education best practices. Provide professional development and support for staff on gifted education strategies. Qualifications Maintain appropriate teaching licences and the required endorsement for gifted education, or be willing to complete coursework for the required endorsement. Possess a deep understanding of gifted education best practices and Arkansas Gifted & Talented Program Approval Standards. Demonstrated experience designing instructional strategies for advanced learners. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
