Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Apply
Location: Holland, MI
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive and assist with execution of all aspects and phases of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM), manufacturing plans, training, documentation, tooling, capacity, test equipment, training, and compliance issues.
What You Will Be Doing
- Complete manufacturing feasibility assessments on new product designs and develop labor/material flow/new equipment strategies to support product build execution
- Create documentation for Production facilities
- Develop manufacturing process techniques and equipment to improve productivity during pre-production design phases and in production
- Oversee new equipment design
- Facilitate continuous improvements and manage process improvement projects
- Generates capital requirements and cost budgets
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing
