Responsibilities: Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. Qualifications: Possess an active RN license in the state of residence. Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure. Experience capable of executing projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
