Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Advanced Practice Nurse role located in Mount Horeb, WI. The Advanced Practice Nurse will conduct patient assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and administer advanced therapies such as ketamine infusions, IV nutrition, hormone replacement, and medical weight loss interventions. The role also includes collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, educating patients, monitoring treatment outcomes, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure the highest standard of patient care. Qualifications Active licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APNP) or equivalent in Wisconsin Experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and managing chronic conditions Knowledge of advanced therapies like ketamine infusion, IV nutrition, hormone replacement, and related treatments Excellent communication, patient education, and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong organizational and documentation skills Experience in an integrative or wellness-focused care setting is a plus A passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering compassionate, tailored treatment #J-18808-Ljbffr
