Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a primary care setting and a strong desire to work in a collaborative environment focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs

• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications

• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

• Document all patient encounters accurately in the EMR

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver quality care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meetings

• Ensure timely follow-up with patients, labs, and referrals

Qualifications:

• Current ARNP or PA license in Florida

• Board certification as NP or PA

• DEA license (or eligibility)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working with EMR systems (experience with Intergy a plus)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• No weekends or major holidays

• Schedule may vary between 8:00am to 6:00pm
